We, the pupils and staff of Coláiste Naomh Eoin would like to extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to all of you who have supported and continue to support this event.

A very special thanks to all the sponsors on the mainland and island, in particular, ‘Cniotáil Inis Meáin‘ who very generously donated the main running prizes with  bespoke knitwear again this year. Also, a huge welcome and thank-you to our brand new sponsor Portwest who sponsored all the sports garments. Also, Comhlacht Forbartha Inis Meáin, Pleanáil Teanga Inis Meáin, the GRETB and Siopa Ruaidhrí Beag who also sponsored some of the running prizes. To  BWG and Galway Water who sponsored the energy drinks and bars for the goody bags.  To Noel Conneely and Adrian Concannon for meticulously marking the course and to all the water attendants. To Ann and Stella who did a stellar job on the Tea an Coffee station. To all of you who contribute your time and enthusiasm (too many of you to mention), we thank-you for making Coláiste Naomh Eoin’s special annual event the great success that it is. Last but not least we are indebted to the Timire Gaeilge, Tomás Breathnach, the Irish language development officer of the Galway Roscommon Education and Training Board who is a constant advocate for the schools development and supporter of every event during the school year.

On occasion, participants and other interested parties inquire as to whether they can raise additional funding through the medium of a sponsorship card. If you would like to become one such sponsor please email info@inisironmeain.com giving your name and address and a sponsorship card will be forwarded to you in due course.
